I'm paring down expenses and need some good ideas for real savings and some organization in that area. One of the biggest expenses, I think, is food. Organizing a menu and grocery expenses is extremely overwhelming to me. What's the best way to make sure I'm not buying things I don't need, not wasting food, the best way to utilize coupons in conjunction with a menu and taking advantage of savings available and working a budget.
