Amazingly confusing math problem!?

First of all its only one airline, so just choose one. Lets say Jet Blue. Now draw a triangle. I would say the answer is 9. And yes its on the same airline. But now that I think about it makes no sense. How can you have a flight from every pair of cities out of 9. I dont know. Good Luck!
