What products are best for my hair?

I have African American textured hair and three weeks after I wash my hair it becomes all dry and itchy and flaky. I've already been told that I do not have psoriasis so I'm not worried about that but I need to know like what kind of products can I buy to keep my hair smooth and itch free. Please include good oil sheen products, hair grease and all that. Also can you tell me where I can get a straw set if it's possible to buy them in a beauty Salon
