A Midsummer's Night Dream?

The other day my friend auditioned for the Fairy Godmother in Cinderella, and the director told her that her as the Godmother was very "Puck-ish". I know Puck is from A Midsummer's Night Dream, but neither of us really understood what he meant by that. Is it good or bad? Thanks!
