Why Israel is allowed to kill civilians?

Not a single country condemned Israel the way Venezvelian president showed his anger. Why the leaders of the world are so quiet? What are they waiting for? Beleive me there is no win of these types of wars. You think Israel or Hammas will win? No, not at all, there is no winning but the lives of people are being taken for nothing. you are just kiiling civilians and you will be answerable to God for your killings.
