Does my boyfriend have a problem?

my boyfriend has no job and today i get $20 from my ex (we're friends nothin there) and i gave it to my boyfriend he had no groceries and barely any gas.. he spent 10 on chinese food immediately and an hour later he spent the money on weed!! what the hell... he says he doesn't have a problem and he gonna get a job but he hasn't done anything!!! i went to a job interview today and i left my son with him for an hour and change and when i got a ride back (4rm sum1 else because he didn't have enough gas) i saw him just gettin back in from smokin in his car with his room mate. he left my son with a friend of his who didn't smoke... what can i do to get him to grow up? and i don't share children with him but i saw myself doin so in the future but now i'm not so sure
