He blames me for being sensitive to his response of me being big in stomach.?

I finally mentioned to him about being sensitive in that area and that I was working on it at the gym. He act irritated and never appologized, but blamed me. He stated, "how was I suppose to know what you do at the gym. "Telling me that I talked about him to, but I never talked negatively about his stomach. He always act as if he does not kow what I am talking about . Telling me "I dont know what else to say to you; you can deal with it or else." Then further stated, "Else meaning I will not be able to be honest with you, when you ask me how you look and how good is that?" What kind of crap is that?
