How can i improve my game of Rugby - Flanker.?

The job of an open-side flanker is to be the shadow,it doesn't matter if your team is attacking or defending. You'll learn to fight for it, and to defend for it. Watch older open-side flankers play, the lines they run on both attack and defences. You're learn from each game you're watch and play. You're learn the ability of the players you'll play with, what they're are capable off' and what to except from each.As for the training side of things,I'll do lots of sprint work' but over a short distance, anywhere between 10-50 metre, arriving at full pace within 5 strides, changing direction as I go,trying to make it feel like a game as much as possible, even dropping to the ground.Good luck
