95 mustang idle can you tell me how to fix high idle?

1995 ford mustang 6 cyl. Idle to high. how do I fix this? I think there is some type of key or knob I would turn. Not like a regular carb or I would be fine. Dont want to pay for it if I can do it myself. serious answers only please.
