Bump on lower "eyeliid" bellow eyelashes ? wthhh ? HELP ):?

so like its in the spot where you would have dark circles on my left eye, & i just looked in the mirror, saw it & freaked out ? its like a white ish bumppp , kinda like a mosquito bite ish ? & it itches a little . what the helll is it & what do i do ?
