How to defrost a chicken ?

Depends on how long you have. If you aren't in a hurry you can leave it out at room temperature. If I need mine quicker (2-3 hours) I put the chicken in a bag, seal it and then put it in a bowl of cold water. It defrosts much quicker that way.
