I sold an item on ebay which I sent... buyer claims they have not received it... what should I do?

Oh that's the pits next time insure the package and get a receipt I sure hope your not out of a lot of money I guess we are here to learn just another life experience I guess if you sell lots of stuff on line maybe its better to keep your good name and send them there money back give it a week!
