What can be done to curb the effects of drugs and violence on today's youth?
Ever since the crack epidemic took place during the reagan administration, drugs and violence have become entrenched in the lives of many inner city residents and have caused moral and civil decay in the lives of many, unfortunately reagan's war on drugs failed to do what it was originally meant to do which was put an end to this drug epidemic and today things have only gotten worse for those born and raised in the inner city areas, my question is, what can be done to curb the effects of these terrible drug on our youth? Since reagan's war on drugs has failed what can be done to fix the situation and increase the standard of living in the inner city areas?
