What is the minimum amount of sleep you think you can get by with? Three hours? Five? If it's something like 5 hours, and you need to be up at 6:00 to get to work by 7:00, tell yourself that you CANNOT go to sleep before 1:00 am. Read, watch TV, surf the internet, but keep yourself up. Do not go to bed early and fret about not getting to sleep. I find that if I do this I can barely keep my eyes open until I'm "allowed" to go to sleep. Good luck.
