Is there anything to eat/drink or not eat or drink after a night of drinking to get myself back on track?

I am a runner and I am trying to loose 20 pounds but tomorrow is St Patty's Day so I plan on livin it up a little with the food and some alcohol. Any Ideas what I should stay away from and things I should do the next day to get back on track? I am watching what I eat and I run for exercise.
