Garage door seems to stick?

I have a garage door that tends to stick when first opening it. I don't use the door too often but when I do, it sticks the first time I open it. The second time I open it, it does not stick. Once it moves just an inch or less it works like a normal garage door. I looked for junk at the bottom and nothing seemed like it could create an adhesive bond to the cement. What could cause this behavior? Is there something I can do to fix it?

HORRIBLE MENSTRUAL CYCLES?

I am a 35 yr old mother of 4. After the birth of my twins 5 years ago, my periods and PMS has got so much worse. Sometimes they are only two weeks apart for 7 days. The longest span is 3 weeks in between. 3 days prior to, I am so fatigued I can't move. Last month I bought midol, took 2 and took a nap an hour later. Also, the pain doubles me over. The full cycle, from PMS (about 3 days) to after (severe cramping for 3 more days) lasts about 11 days every month. I want a hysterectomy but haven't built my case just yet. My hemoglobin is dropping. However, after my twins, I got MRSA in my c-section which makes me even less a candiate for a hysterectomy. What meds can the doctor give me to help? I DESPERATELY NEED SOMETHING and CAN NOT TAKE any kind of birth control. Every pill/shot has had an adverse reaction on me.

ok please make sure to read all of this carefully and understand this. ok so my friend ryan friends where walking around a car dealership and they stumbled upon a bag full of weed that looked like mexican dirt weed. they sold it to my friend or 5$. ok so he gets and comes to my house. ok so we look at the weed and its like a dull gray and dull brown color weed. it doesnt smell dank like a skunk. it smell like normal cheap 5$ weed. this had a **** load of stems in it to. ok so we roll up about 2 grams of weed. ok so we smoke like 3/4 of the whole thing which had some tabacco in it for the tabacco buzz. ok so we smoked the weed now we go into my house sit down with drinks and im starting to get high. then i notice im thinking im about to reach the peak of the weed and be where im usually at felling pretty good. I've always used Kotex Brand. Your l Opening is beneath the small opening where you pee out of. You won't be able to stick the tampon in the wrong hole, the other is too small. Tampons might be cheaper; but it depends on the brand. You don't have to wear a pad every day, only on your period or maybe a few days before you think you're about to start bleeding, just in case. Honestly, I can't tell you how big your hole is because I don't know you. But since it's your first time with a tampon, it might take a few times to get it in comfortably, and it might hurt a little bit. Just make sure you change your tampons, and don't sleep with one in. Leaving it in for more than 8 hours can be dangerous. I reccomend that you sleep in a pad, and use a tampon during the day. Hope I helped!

Palm TX Quick Install...Please Help!!!!!

have a Palm TX handheld. I got it barely used and trust the person that sold it to me. I installed everything on my computer and I have a lot of applications that I want to put on it. I had a Zire 72 before and put these applications onto it. I add the files to the quick install and close the quick install window and everything. I then try to sync my handheld with the computer. The hotsync works fine and goes through everything. The problem is after the hotsync, the applications are still on the quick install list and still not on my Palm. I may just be forgetting to do something stupid because I haven't done it since my Zire 72 broke a few years ago. I don't know if it has anything to do with it, but sometimes it will say "Can't open the port" on my Palm screen after the Hotsync is finished. I am using the TX install disc and no data from the Zire 72 is on my computer. Any idea what is wrong or something I maybe didn't turn on in the Prefs or anything? Or what I may be doing wrong? Any answers are appreciated.

What colors should I paint my home?

I just bought a house. I have cream micro suede couches (love seat and family seat) and one family seat dark brown leather couch with wood but I haven't purchased any other furniture just yet. I plan to purchase things with black stain such as the dining room table side tables, etc. The molding and ceiling are white which I want to keep for contrast to black furniture. The railing for stairs is a light to medium wood color. The carpeting is a dark ocean blue which is throughout the entire house. I hate it but I'm keeping it until I can afford slate or granite flooring. This house is a semi attached end unit so on one side of the house there are no windows but that's the side with the stairs going to the second floor, the living room, dining room combo have windows on one side so we get a lot of light since it's a corner lot but it's still not a huge place so I don't want it to feel small. The colors I am definitely interested in are indigo blue, white, cream, chocolate, beige, black, and soft green. Can anyone suggest what colors to paint the living room and dining room combo? Oh and I can only fit one family sized couch and one love seat in the living room so you gotta pick which one i should put with the love seat, the leather or matching micro suede one. I have no friends?

Suddenly dropped by guy I was dating?

I've been dating someone for about a month. Things had been going extremely well. Honey as much as you might love someone, there is a problem with your boyfriend allowing his friend to speak to you that way. It might be that he just doesn't understand, because men think differently then we do. Its honestly better if you learn early on what things you need from a partner to make a relationship work. We have had some serious problems with his family and the only way I have lasted through it is because I see myself with him no matter what. If you can say you honestly see yourself with this person for an extended period of time you need to talk to him about how your feeling. If he doesn't/can't back you up...then that might be the time you start watching out for yourself. Depends on how long you have. If you aren't in a hurry you can leave it out at room temperature. If I need mine quicker (2-3 hours) I put the chicken in a bag, seal it and then put it in a bowl of cold water. It defrosts much quicker that way.

Stop action movie short - with Scooters & Bikers?

"Soft" steel or white appliances?

We are in the process of a kitchen remodel. We have installed new granite countertops (blacks, browns, tans, etc) and new porcelain tile (very light tan with some alabaster swirling). We are pricing all new appliances but can't decide on whether to go with the "soft" stainless (which is absolutely amazing and doesn't show fingerprints at all) or with white. I should say at this point that our cabinets are the inexpensive ones installed when the home was built (light oak with white fronts) but we can't afford to have those replaced at this time. Why does my cat drag blankets around the house?

My sofa is a dark burgundy colour and my cat (Charlie) likes to curl up on the sofa while I'm at work. If there is no free will there is no ethics. Experience IS a good indicator of validity in a given proposition. I used to be a determinist but never got past how a causal universe necessitates determinism. I just thought cause and effect and directly connected and stopped there.
